About the QES Program                  
The QES program is an employment program designed to tackle unemployment in Nigeria by empowering & training youths in eCommerce & Marketing with special attention to youths who are unemployed or underemployed.  The QES program is aimed at training them to acquire IT and marketing skills & channeling their IT and internet skills by showing the innumerable opportunities that exist on the internet vis-à-vis training them in Entrepreneurship and value re-orientation.

The QES program is designed as Nigeria’s Premiere Freelance Employment Program innovatively designed as an internet based business application that pays an average salary of N62,500 (or more – up to 100,000)  per month depending on staffs work volume & productivity. It is a system built on the Splitcash software (or B-signal), integrated to the Interswitch Webpay system, to enable its staffs to work from anywhere within Nigeria and get salaries in their Nigerian bank account (in any of the 22 banks connected to the interswitch network- check from http://www.interswitchng.com for banks on their network).

The QES program is aimed at tackling a significant number of problems facing youths in the 21st century.

  1. Poverty 
  2. Value re-orientation
  3. Unemployment
  4. Cyber-crime
  5. ICT empowerment , especially eCommerce

The QES program will work via the T & E strategy [The training & employment]. The staffs will first be trained & then be employed (on a commission Basis) in the field they were trained in. The fields in which the staffs will be trained include but not limited to the following:

The Management of QES is in working relationship with so many organizations to make this employment program an outstanding success. The project is to be run in a collaborative relationship & association with:
The Federal Ministry of Youth Development,
United Nations Youth Association of Nigeria,
National Youth Council of Nigeria,
Interswitch Limited (The suppliers of ATMs & debit cards),
Global Digital Markets
